Following the demand and success of its products and ingredients in the consumer market with a surge in growth of its private clients during Covid, joint Managing Director, David Menendez, says the retail market was a natural next step for the fast-growing importer of super-premium Spanish fine foods.
Mevalco’s exciting new retail range has been specially developed for the independent retail market and includes meats: cooking and cured, artisan cheeses, cheese accompaniment and sweets, olives and pickles, pulses and vegetables, olive oil, vinegars, spices, sauces, and seafood.
