With caterers of all sizes continuing to push global boundaries in the quest to create unique dishes that can set their menus apart, Country Range has unveiled a new quartet of seasonings to help inspire further menu masterpieces.
The new on-trend range includes Chip Seasoning, Steakhouse Seasoning, Sriracha Seasoning and Chipotle Chilli Seasoning, bringing together some of the bold, smoky, spicy and globally inspired flavours continuing to influence menus across street food, casual dining and beyond.
Designed to provide maximum versatility across the menu, the four seasonings can be used to add instant flavour and visual appeal to everything from meat and vegetables to loaded fries, barbecue dishes, sharing plates and globally inspired street food.
Each blend also brings something different to the kitchen. Country Range Chip Seasoning (4 x 580g) combines sweet and smoked paprika, garlic and onion to deliver the nostalgic appeal of classic red salt with a richer, more impactful flavour, while Country Range Steakhouse Seasoning (4 x 650g) contains cane sugar to help create a beautifully caramelised crust on grilled and smoked meats.
For caterers looking to tap into the continuing appetite for chilli-led global flavours, Country Range Sriracha Seasoning (4 x 700g) combines chilli, garlic, paprika and red bell pepper with a hint of sweetness, while Country Range Chipotle Chilli Seasoning (4 x 490g) offers a mildly spicy, smoky blend featuring chipotle, smoked paprika, cumin and chilli, ideal for everything from Tex-Mex dirty fries to grilled vegetables and barbecue dishes.
Country Range Group Own Brand Manager Rachel Porter said:
“Whether it’s a creative starter, street food, dirty fries, flame-grilled meat or vibrant veg, the right seasoning can make a huge difference so it’s important caterers choose the best. These four fantastic products are really versatile and can be used in magical ways to take meat and veggie dishes to new heights.
“We’ve deliberately chosen flavours that give chefs plenty of scope to respond to some of the big influences we’re seeing across menus. They also have a premium texture and appearance, with visible herbs and spices helping dishes look as good as they taste. Not only that, they provide hassle-free convenience and consistency to caterers of all sizes helping them to reduce waste.”
