Delice de France, the UK leader in bread, bakery and food to go, has unveiled 42 new products for its Spring/Summer 2025 range.

The launch sees the supplier expand its selection of breads, pastries, cakes and drinks, incorporating the biggest flavour trends and delicacies from growing world cuisines.

Available now from Delice de France’s website, the range is showcased in a new catalogue that highlights key sellers from its 1,500-strong product range. It also spotlights supplier partnerships, such as smoothies and shakes from Batch Organics, which launched last year, and Modern Standard coffee, which is the central brand in the company’s new Café Delice hot drinks concept for retail and foodservice outlets.

Thierry Cacaly, Delice de France CEO, said: “The launch of our Spring/Summer catalogue is an important milestone for us every year in our ambition to support our trade partners with innovative, quality products that can help them drive their businesses forwards.

“It presents an opportunity for us to make sure our range is truly delivering for the trade and sees us add strategically important products in key growth areas.”

Bringing a world of flavours to UK outlets

Delice de France is expanding its world cuisines range with a focus on international treats from popular holiday destinations such as Greece, Portugal and Spain.

The company is expanding its Continental savouries range with a seven-strong Greek range that includes three Filo Pastry Rolls in Spinach & Feta, Chicken, and Chicken & BBQ Sauce flavours, as well as a Spinach & Cheese Filo Swirl, Handmade Spinach & Cheese Round Pie, Ham & Cheese Covered Pizza Pie and Handmade Chicken & Bacon Square Pie.

In sweeter news, Delice de France is importing a trio of authentic Pastel de Nata directly from Portugal. The range is available in Original, Salted Caramel and Apple varieties.

Delice is also launching a new indulgent Pistachio Filled Doughnut and Churros.

Sweet trends to watch

“Cardamom is set to be one of the biggest sweet flavour trends in bakery this year,” said Cacaly.

Delice is helping operators tap into this with Cardamom Knot, launching alongside a Wild Berry Knot and Cinnamon Knot, which follows a +38% growth in sales of Cinnamon Buns last year.[1]

Completing the new viennoiserie line up is Pain Suiss au Raisins. It follows the launch of Pain Suiss au Chocolat, which became the brand’s second bestselling new product last year, just behind its Khobez flatbreads.[2]

Delice is also launching two pre-sliced Loaf Cakes in Banana & Walnut and Sticky Toffee, Date & Pecan flavours, as well as a Zesty Orange Torte – a vanilla sponge base topped with a tangy orange layer and refreshing orange mousse.

Bolstering the Batch range

Delice is building on its partnership with Batch Organics, which commenced last year, extending the range with four new smoothie flavours; Organic Acai & Berries, Organic Greens & Pineapple, Organic Mango & Coconut, and Blue Spirulina, which is tipped to be the smoothie flavour of 2025.

Four new shakes are also available; Organic Cacao & Banana, Salted Caramel, Chocolate & Banana, and Peanut Butter & Date.

Making more dough with premium breads

Crafting exceptional bread products is Delice de France’s heartland and this year is no different. A trio of sourdough baguettes in Rustic Stone, Ancient Grains and Farmhouse with Rye varieties underline the company’s commitment to quality ingredients and true artisan baking.

Two Breadsticks in Kalamata Olive & Sun-Dried Tomato and Cheese, Garlic & Mixed Herb varieties flavours join the line up, aimed at profit-driven operators who are looking to offer truly special experiences. Delice is extending its Sourdough offering with White Sliced and Malted Sliced varieties.

Delice de France is also delighted to announce six new Kingsmill Professional loaves are joining the line up to support customers with a cost-effective product. The range is available in Soft White, 50/50 and Tasty Wholemeal, each in Medium and Thick varieties.

“Our Spring/Summer 2025 catalogue showcases the breadth of our range. Whether it’s bread, pastries, hot drinks, smoothies or sweet treats, we have a solution for any food business,” said Cacaly.
