Unitas Wholesale member HT Drinks has been named as the fifth best drinks wholesaler in the UK according to Harpers’ Top 50 Wholesalers list which identifies and celebrates the very best in the sector.
The list, which is compiled annually, shines a spotlight on the best drinks wholesalers in the UK. This year, the judging criteria has changed to reflect the bigger picture, such as company ethos, investment, services offered, evolution of portfolio, added value, sustainability and ethical considerations turnover, shape and size. This means the largest and smallest operators, specialists and generalists alike, are considered on a more level playing field, with their strengths and USPs sitting side by side.
HT Drinks, the largest independent drinks wholesaler in the UK, won praise for its significant investment in new and innovative technological systems and ecommerce solutions. Having added new depots in Brighton and Blackpool, HT Drinks was most commended for remaining a people-focused business, ensuring the needs of its customers remained its priority.
HT Drinks was also recognised for continually going the extra mile and impressing clients with its emphasis on working strategically for the benefit of all in the supply and retail relationship while meeting the demands of an ever-changing market.
