National wholesaler JJ Food Service has launched a card for all customers with an upper limit of £25,000 and up to 37-days interest free credit to support caterers’ cash flow.

JJ Food Service CEO Mustafa Kiamil said, “This is a first for the UK foodservice industry – we understand how hard it can be for independent caterers to manage cash flow. The Mastercard can be used to pay for anything from petrol and utilities to food and drink supplies. We invite all our customer to apply for the card.”

The JJ Food Service Mastercard offers a quick, easy way to get up to 37 days to pay for your JJ Food Service orders to new caterers or those who have never used a business card before.

“Opening a trade account can be difficult if you have minimal trading history”, said JJ’s Group General Manager, Terry Larkin. “That’s why the online application process considers many other unique factors.”

More than 90% of customers receive a decision within 30 seconds of completing the online form. “It’s just one of the many ways we are supporting the independent sector,” added Mr Larkin.

Customers can add the card onto their online account or use it in-store. Other benefits include 0% interest if the account is paid in full each month and no annual or monthly fees.

Customers can access their account 24/7 and the card can be used anywhere displaying the Mastercard logo. The application process does not impact the customer’s credit score.
