Premium crisp brand’s real-meat core SKU now available in 40g and 80g across retailers and wholesalers nationwide

Following February’s successful launch of KETTLE® Chips’ Steakhouse Barbecue 150g sharing pack into major supermarkets, the premium crisp brand is now widening its offering of its latest SKU.
From early June this delicious new seasoning will be available to buy via a host of independent retailers, convenience stores and wholesalers nationwide in convenient 80g price-marked and 40g packs.

The new formats demonstrate just how popular the new real meat seasoning has been amongst consumers since its launch and ensure KETTLE® Chips’ latest seasoning can be incorporated into even more occasions. The new 80g price-marked packs (PMPs) (RRP £1) offer the perfect smaller sharing option ideal for couples and friends, whether it’s a picnic in the park or a Friday night in, whilst the 40g packs (RRP from 69p – prices may vary) cater for those on-the-go or seeking a lunchtime treat.

What’s more, in addition to these two new pack sizes, KETTLE® Chips’ original Steakhouse Barbecue 150g sharing pack will also be available in Waitrose stores nationwide from 24th May, further highlighting the fantastic performance of the latest seasoning.

The conveniently sized bags meet the demand for real meat BBQ seasonings in an underrepresented market, which has seen substantial growth in the sharing category of 21% year-on-year within Grocery.1 Combining KETTLE® Chips’ brand strength as the top premium sharing brand with the value proposition of a smaller pack format, the price-marked packs will appeal to even more shoppers.

Developed at KETTLE® Chips’ Norfolk HQ by In-house Chef, Phil Hovey, Steakhouse Barbecue has been carefully crafted using only the very best real food ingredients to offer an authentic, bold barbecue taste. Delicately balancing depth and flavours, the rich spice rub has a sweet and smoky character synonymous with the low and slow barbecue cooking style and finished with succulent real beef brisket. The unique seasoning envelops KETTLE® Chips’ 100% British potatoes which are gluten-free and hand cooked in small batches to ensure that delicious crunch.
