Woods Foodservice, the award-winning distributor of the finest produce, is inviting the country’s top chefs and restaurateurs to attend ‘Market Day with Woods’ on the 14th of May. This event will be an immersive experience, connecting chefs and suppliers directly, featuring gastronomic superstar, Raymond Blanc.

Transporting you back in time to the bustling atmosphere of traditional London food markets, which have been at the heart of Woods for over 40 years. The day will feature interactive cooking demonstrations from Callebaut, Les Vergers Boiron, Sosa and the one and only Raymond Blanc. This is a unique opportunity to meet top producers, suppliers, and chefs, as well sampling and tasting some remarkable produce.

The event will bring visitors behind the scenes of Woods’ state-of-the-art Uxbridge Distribution Centre, providing a platform for industry leaders to connect, seek inspiration, share ideas, and celebrate the very best ingredients.

Raymond Blanc, world-renowned chef patron of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, adds: “Woods aren’t your standard supplier, and this won’t be a standard event, so I’m thrilled to be part of it, meeting producers, sharing an insight into the ethos we share, the ingredients we use, and the stories we tell through our food.”
