Now here’s good news for all those jerk jockeys out there. Funnybones Foodservice has added a new dish to its’ selection of individually portioned meals within the Irie Eats range. Jerk Pork, is the latest addition and is the first Jerk Pork to market in a fully cooked, frozen ready meal format.
Joining the rest of the range which includes, Jerk Chicken, Curried Mutton, Callaloo Stew and Rice n’Peas, this spicy NEW Jerk Pork, is a portion of soft and juicy pork in a punchy sauce spiked with scotch bonnet chillies and full of traditional herbs and spices. It’s classified at a medium heat level product, just enough to tickle the taste buds and leave a lasting, more-ish impression like no other. That’s a promise!
Irie Eats is the company’s flagship authentic Caribbean collection, and recent developments have seen the multi-portion dishes augmented by a range of individual portions perfect for pubs, cafés and restaurants, takeaway and retail.
