BB Foodservice, Bestway Wholesale’s delivered catering arm, has added a new ‘Track my order’ feature to its app, enabling customers to follow orders from placement to delivery, mirroring the service offered by consumer-retail brands.

The five stages to the tracker are confirmation of order email: log in via the website or app, to see when the order is picked: awaiting dispatch email: delivery in transit email, giving a fourhour window in which delivery will be made: delivery confirmation email. BB Foodservice‘s full service customer app launched in December and is already delivering impressive results and providing new benefits for customers.

Designed to make shopping with BB Foodservice more convenient for customers, three months after launch, it has achieved a 92% customer satisfaction score and 95% customer retention.
