Nisa retailers are offering help to money-conscious customers through the long month of January with their Big Brands, Big Savings event.

With almost 85% of shoppers expecting food and grocery prices to increase this year, many are actively looking to save money where possible1 and aim to seek out the best deals on quality, well-known products.

Nisa’s Promotions Manager, Laura O’Hearne said: “Available in stores now, the promotion provides shoppers with a number of great value deals on trusted lines to help them manage tighter budgets after an expensive Christmas period.”

The big brand deals are available in store until Tuesday 25th January and come with a raft of digital support, as well as in-store POS such as hanging signs and shelf stripping to highlight the event to shoppers.

Included in the promotion are a range of branded cupboard staples at half price of better; Nescafé Azera Americano coffee 100g at £3, Cheerios Multigrain 390g at £1.34, and Sunpat Smooth Peanut Butter 400g at just £1.50.

Getting back into the daily routine of work and school can sometimes be difficult, and so Old El Paso Kits – in Fajita and Enchilada variants – are available at just £2 each saving shoppers £1.79 off the RRP, alongside meal accompaniments such as Ben’s Original Rice pouches on a two for £2 deal to help to take the stress out of family meal times.

“Following a festive period of overspending, January is a time that shoppers typically try to cut back on unnecessary outgoings. Because of this, we’re encouraging partners to utilise this promotion and the accompanying POS to really emphasise these standout deals on recognisable brands,” added O’Hearne.
