Attendees at this year’s Nisa Expo are being encouraged to download the new dedicated event app to enhance their show experience during the time spent at Stoneleigh next week.

Available to download free of charge from both the Apple store and Google Play, the mobile app houses all the information expo goers need in one handy location, including the all-important personal barcode which enables access into the show itself as well as the gala dinner.

Along with the floor plan for the exhibition hall, the agenda, details of event speakers and space to make your own notes, the app also offers opportunities to engage with a polling button to cast votes in response to questions posed across the two days and a chat function enabling easy conversation with others attending the event.

It is hoped that the user-friendly app will be widely downloaded by delegates who will find it both a simple and useful addition to their show experience.

Jenny Potts, events manager at Nisa said: “We have made a point of trying to make this year’s event more sustainable and reducing the amount of printed material offered is one of the steps we’ve taken.

“Everyone carries a mobile phone around with them nowadays and so what better way to ensure our delegates have all the information they need close to hand and with minimal use of paper than via an app?

“The app has been designed to offer all the essential information our customers and suppliers might need during their time at the Nisa Expo, and we hope they appreciate it, and that it enhances their overall enjoyment of the show.”

The app will also be used by organisers post event to gauge reaction to different elements of the show thanks to the built-in ratings and review buttons as well as the digital feedback survey.

All those registered to attend Nisa Expo will automatically receive information about the app including how to download and activate it.
