Symphonie Pasquier has launched new Barista Macarons, six delicious flavours, each perfectly paired for coffee to create an amazing Café Gourmand experience.

This latest range of delectable macarons features vanilla latte, speculoos, viennese chocolate, caramel macchiato, cappuccino cocoa powder, and pistachio latte, the perfect range to upsell with any coffee and ideal for takeaway or to eat in.

Symphonie Pasquier macarons are made in France following the authentic Parisian recipe The recipe method calls for the macarons to have smooth crisp shells and a soft gooey centre with a generous amount of filling resulting in macarons with an unrivalled texture and taste that is retained perfectly after defrosting.

Commenting on the launch, Joanna DODI, National Sales Manager explains:

“Coffee is a key moment of the day for consumers, and our Barista Macarons give operators a simple way to make that occasion feel more special. Whether served as part of a Café Gourmand, with afternoon tea, at the end of a meal or as a takeaway treat, the range brings authentic French pâtisserie to the menu with minimal preparation. The macarons are made in France, frozen immediately, and can be defrosted in the fridge before serving.”

The Barista Macarons are made with Rainforest Alliance certified coffee and cocoa and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and no palm oil.

Authentic French pâtisserie with versatility is at the heart of the Symphonie Pasquier range, and with an extensive selection of macarons, tartelettes, and petits fours, there is always an option, whatever the style of serve required.
