The Republic Technologies Wholesale Awards acknowledge wholesalers and cash & carry partners who have gone above and beyond to drive the tobacco accessories category in-depot, over the last 12 months.
Gavin Anderson, Head of Sales at Republic Technologies UK, said: “Our partners have shown real commitment when it comes to driving sales, during what has been a very challenging 18 months for the industry.
“We’ve been celebrating the performance of our cash & carry and wholesale customers with these awards since 2015 and, due to restrictions, we weren’t able to present our 2020 awards last year, so being able to present them now in-person has been really important to us.”
Majid Wahid (pictured, right), Buyer at United Wholesale Grocers Ltd., said: “We’ve worked really closely with Republic Technologies for a number of years now, and winning Wholesaler of the Year highlights the strength of that relationship.
