Sugro UK – the leading member-owned buying and marketing group with a total turnover of £1.3bn and 88 independent wholesale Members, are pleased to announce that the Group has strengthened the membership with the recruitment of the Pentagon Food Group and would like to welcome the newest member to the Sugro family.
The Stoke-On-Trent based Pentagon Food Group (a part of Khan Group of Companies) is a food service wholesaler supplying to restaurants, takeaways, chip shops, fast food outlets and franchise owners, serving over 800 businesses in the UK. Pentagon Food Group leads the distribution and delivered side of the business, whereas a part of the Pentagon Food Group, Freshways, operates under a traditional cash and carry model with two branches based in Hanley in Stoke-on-Trent and Derby.
