Created in response to demand for flexible, easy-to-execute bakery products in foodservice, Cookie Pucks enable operators to bake freshly made cookies from frozen in as little as 15 minutes, with no preparation required. The format supports portion control, reduces waste and helps customers manage labour pressures in busy trading environments.
