Suffolk-based foodservice supplier, Thomas Ridley, has recently commenced a significant new hospitality contract to supply 37 City Pub Group establishments. With a wide range of pubs, restaurants and hotels across East Anglia and London, where Thomas Ridley is already a major supplier, the City Pub portfolio stretches across southern England and into Wales.
This new group contract marks a significant in-road for Thomas Ridley in supplying more hospitality customers across a much broader geographical area. To service City Pub Groups, Thomas Ridley have added 57 new lines and is supporting with on-going menu development for the Group. As a large, independent foodservice supplier with more than 50 multi-temperature vehicles in its fleet and consistently high service levels, this is an exciting and well-matched new partnership.

City Pub Group has 43 high-end pubs, restaurants and hotels across the southern half of England and Wales – with several sites in Cambridge and London. Thomas Ridley supplies more than 2,000 customers across education, healthcare and hospitality and is part of the Caterfood Group. Its main depot is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and it’s supported by a satellite depot in Kent for deliveries across London and the southeast.
