Richard Bone, Unitas Wholesale’s Finance Director, is leaving to take up a new role within the industry. Richard will remain with Unitas until the end of July, until the search for his replacement is completed.
John Kinney, Unitas MD, said: “Since Richard joined the company in 2020, he has made an outstanding contribution to Unitas, leading the finance and systems teams in making great strides in the improvement of collection, distribution, and visibility of member earnings. Richard will leave the Finance function in a strong position. Whilst we are sad to see Richard go, we wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
In addition, Unitas has also announced that Kirsty Cooper, Commercial Director, will be leaving the business in the coming months to pursue alternative opportunities.
Kirsty Cooper joined to oversee Strategic Projects and has been instrumental in the implementation of the Unitas Procurement solution with Auditel. She has also delivered a full scope of Central Distribution solution as well as a Supply Chain optimisation strategy, both projects that are now at the stage where of moving into business as usual.
