The Annual General Meeting of Unitas Wholesale Ltd. held on Thursday 24 November 2022 at the Hilton, Paddington, London.
All resolutions put to members were passed.
During the Annual General Meeting, both Andrew Wild and James Russell confirmed their retirement from the Unitas Board. Robert Eastwood, Managing Director of Small Beer Ltd based in Lincoln, was elected to the board to replace Andrew, representing the On Trade division and Qaiser Aziz, Trading Director of Global Foods Ltd based in Cardiff, was also elected to the board replacing James as one of the Retail representatives.
Mark Aylwin, Unitas Chairman stated “I am pleased that Rob and Qaiser have joined the already strong board of Unitas. They both run excellent businesses and will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Board and I look forward to working with them both.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew and James for the tremendous support they have provided since joining the Board and wish them every success for the future”.
