Confex member Adams Foodservice has received a prestigious award in recognition of its commitment to developing an inclusive and diverse workforce.

Adams Foodservice scooped the gong for Social Mobility at The Telegraph & Argus Bradford Means Business awards.

In partnership with Bradford College, the awards recognise businesses across the city of Bradford. The award ceremony took place on Friday 19 July at Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford.

Adams Foodservice supplies outlets with a diverse range of cuisines from around the world. Its workforce reflects this diversity, supporting global clientele through a multilingual call centre. The company has also signed the Armed Forces Covenant, actively welcoming ex-servicemen and women into its workforce.

The company’s commitment to social mobility and reinvestment in its team is evident in its long-tenured staff, with many having been with the company for more than three decades.
