The Wilkinson range of Bath Foams has received a brand new look with the introduction of a new PET 750ml bottle supplied by Graham Packaging Plastics Ltd. The new range consists of four products, Natural Essence Moisturising Bath Foam, Natural Essence Relaxing Bath Foam, Natural Essence Muscle Soak Bath Foam and Natural Essence Stress Relief Bath Foam.
Neil Kerrod, Key Account Manager at Graham Packaging Plastics, commented,” This is the first new bottle tool that we have produced for Wilkinson’s contract packaging suppliers, DCS Manufacturing, based in Stratford-upon-Avon. We were able to bring in this newly designed bottle that has engraved branding on both sides in double quick time. We have been working with DCS for over a year now and we are delighted with the support we have had from our design team to produce this new bespoke bottle. DCS tendered for the Wilkinson bath care business about a year ago and Wilkinson were very impressed with the DCS offering and the new PET bottle.”
DCS Manufacturing, created by British entrepreneur Denys C. Shortt, has established itself as Europe’s largest privately owned sales and distribution company for health, beauty and household brands. Tim Bishop, Head of Manufacturing at DCS said, ” Having won the Wilkinson business about a year ago we were keen to show the company the expertise we have in-house from a production and distribution perspective, and to demonstrate the close working relationship we have with key suppliers such as Graham Packaging, to deliver a first class pack for a first class product.”
The Graham Packaging design team can develop bespoke PET bottles with a complete range of bottle dress option, alternatively they have a huge number of standard bottle designs that can include significant rPet in the formulation.
