It is no exaggeration that the last 12 months have been extremely challenging for the foodservice industry.
With the government roadmap now released, foodservice experts Zest Food Partners conducted a survey to understand what wholesalers and suppliers feel are their current key challenges and identify what support they need as the industry prepares for the reopening of hospitality and the out of home sector.
60 foodservice wholesalers and suppliers completed the survey between 5th-10th March 2021.
