Primo Foods has been appointed Master Distributor of the Trolli sweet confectionery brand in UK wholesale and convenience.
The recently struck agreement with Mederer UK (the UK division of leading European sweet confectionery manufacturer – Mederer GmbH), supports the ambitions of the Trolli brand for the UK, following the opening of its UK office in 2026.
This follows a successful trial period, where Primo Foods significantly grew volume and distribution for Trolli in the UK.
The Trolli brand will already be well known to many, having built up significant distribution already in Costco UK and leading specialist confectionery delivery wholesalers.
The brand is famed for its iconic industry first inventions – including the gummy worm, original gummy burger, and, its 2025 TikTok sensation of 3D filled eyeball gummies.
