Brymor ice-cream, the Yorkshire Dales best kept secret, has won TWO AWARDS at this year’s prestigious Great Taste Awards for its Ginger and Rum & Raisin flavoured artisan ice-cream.
The Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food are the acknowledged benchmark for specialty food and drink, recognising the definitive independent accreditation of quality.
The stylish new packaging, now available in 500ml tubs (followed by I litre and 2 litre tubs) reflects the authenticity and heritage of the Brymor brand – a traditional family ice-cream business that has been producing great tasting quality ice-cream for decades.
The Brymor family is integral to the production process from sourcing ingredients to delivery. High Jervaulx Farm is one of Britain’s few genuine on-farm manufacturers where only the milk produced on the farm (from its herd of pedigree Guernsey cows) is used in the production of the ice-cream. This guarantees its distinctive creamy flavour and texture.
