Rich Products’ (Rich’s) innovative thaw-and-serve bakery range, Baked, is launching in 875 One Stop stores across the UK, as the company looks to increase its distribution within the convenience channel.  

The range is launching initially with two cookie products, White Chocolate cookies and the top-selling Triple Chocolate cookies.

Food to go convenience missions have increased in recent months with the boom in shopping local, a lasting effect of the first lockdown1. Stores based in suburban locations have benefitted from catering for a working-from-home clientele who are more likely to treat themselves to lunch or snacks during the week.

Overall, sales of ISB Cookies have performed well this year, with value sales up 1.9% in the past three months2.

Baked is a mouth-watering range of sumptuous, premium sweet baked goods available across the wholesale, grocery, foodservice and OOH channel. Offering coffee shop quality, the collection, which includes cookies, muffins, buns and shortbreads, aims to indulge customers’ ever-growing appetites for sugary rewards, and in turn drive market sales and margin growth.
