Délifrance UK is inspiring caterers to refresh their panini menus with the help of an expertly developed recipe book, marking the re-launch and extension of the 16-year established best selling snacking range, the Provencette.
With added value key to a lunchtime offering , Délifrance UK’s recipe developer and Senior Bakery Technologist Rob Scharf has combined key food trends with the new range of Provencette panini breads to create a menu of profit making, easy to serve dishes which will delight demanding customers.
Featuring a panini solution for varying levels of convenience, Rob’s recommendations present a ready-made menu saving caterers on food planning, selection and time.
“Our Provencette Panini range has delighted customers since their innovative launch 16 years ago but we wanted to showcase how versatile our breads are by matching ingredients to our newly launched reduced salt, bar marked and seeded breads,” Rob explains. “The menu can be used all year round with seasonal suggestions such as our summer time beef burger Pan Bagnat which will be great for outdoor dining or a Christmas turkey, brie and cranberry recipe which is complemented by our Sesame and Nigella Panini.”
