Market leading salad brand, Florette, has launched its latest innovation in the lunchtime, ‘on the go’ category, with an exciting new range of lunch bowls, all of which are based on Florette’s bestselling leaf mixes.
Created to provide an alternative to the everyday sandwich, the lunch bowls offer consumers a filling and healthy lunch option. Florette has developed three delicious flavour combinations – BBQ Chicken and Bacon Crispy Salad, a Chicken and Sweetcorn Crunchy Salad and a Feta and Tomato Crispy Salad.
Each lunch bowl is produced using freshly prepared ingredients, and has been prepared in response to consumer demand for a satisfying, healthy, convenient and filling lunch, mixing protein, carbohydrates and perfectly selected leaves.

BBQ Chicken and Bacon Crispy Salad
Made with succulent British chicken and bacon, which is mixed with an authentic barbeque dressing and gemelli pasta, topped with diced tomato and sweetcorn, and served on a bed of Florette’s Crispy Leaf Mix – lambs lettuce, frisée and radicchio.
Chicken and Sweetcorn Crunchy Salad
Created with British chicken delicately flavoured with a tomato and basil mayo and mixed with penne pasta, diced tomatoes, grated carrot and a sprinkling of sweetcorn, and served a bed of Florette’s signature Crunchy Mix leaf selection – escarole, frisée and radicchio.
Feta and Tomato Crispy Salad
Created with authentic creamy Greek feta cheese, fresh tomatoes, and a red pepper and tomato dressing, on a bed of Florette’s signature Crispy leaf selection – frisée, lambs lettuce and radicchio leaves.
