Ferrero is rolling out its first combined movie licence across its Kinder Surprise and Kinder Chocolate products with limited edition ‘Secret Life of Pets 2’ packs. Special Kinder Surprise eggs will contain one of eight toys, while Kinder Chocolate packs will include matching colourful stickers. The new licence will be supported with a £1.3m marketing investment. The ‘Secret Life of Pets 2’ collaboration also includes a consumer competition to win a ‘Secret Life of Pets 2’ toy storage case. Ferrero’s previous movie licences, including Minions and Despicable Me, have been very successful.
