Mary Berry’s Dressings has announced the launch of its first salad cream, marking an exciting new addition to its much-loved range.

Mary Berry’s Wonderful Salad Cream – made with real cream, English mustard, apple cider vinegar and free-range eggs – brings a premium twist to a British classic and is the perfect addition to everything from sandwiches to salads and anything in between.

Anne-Marie Cannon, Brand Controller for Mary Berry’s at RH Amar, said: “The UK has a long-standing love affair with salad cream and we see a real opportunity to bring something more premium to the category. Mary Berry’s has a loyal customer base, and we expect this launch to resonate strongly with existing shoppers, while also attracting new consumers who may not have previously considered adding salad cream to their basket.”

Mary Berry’s Wonderful Salad Cream joins an established portfolio of Mary Berry’s dressings including Classic, Light, Honey & Balsamic, Mango, Lime & Chilli, Caesar – and its popular Blue Cheese dressing.

Originally founded by Mary Berry and her daughter Annabel, the brand is known for its trusted recipes and clean, delicious flavours, made using carefully sourced ingredients. For the past decade, the brand has been owned by distributor RH Amar.

Mary Berry’s Wonderful Salad Cream (RSP: £3.50, 235ml) is free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives, and is suitable for vegetarians.
