Arriving frozen and in perfect form, the latest in the range is the Le Trio de Chocolats Entremets Half-Frame; an easy to use, adaptable dessert that offers incredible flexibility for caterers to create a simple plated serve with ice cream, or a smaller bite sized creation by adding in the other entremets variants in the range. The essence of an entremets is the skilful layering of this beautiful dessert, and the Le Trio de Chocolats Entremets comprises a sponge base with crunchy layer of dark chocolate, white chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse, and finished with a chocolate velvet decoration.
