The no. 1 brand in kids’ yogurt[1], Petits Filous, is debuting its first ever No Added Sugar range. Petits Filous No Added Sugar has 4.9g per 100g of sugar, and is made with naturally sourced ingredients.
With parents increasingly concerned about the amount of sugar in yogurt, Petits Filous has taken on board consumer feedback and extended its portfolio to now include two No Added Sugar variants. Containing only the naturally occurring sugars in fruit, Petits Filous No Added Sugar hits shelves in October and is available in Strawberry Banana flavour and Apple, Pear, Banana flavour (6x47g).
Championing children’s development, bones, bodies and beyond, the brand has worked for over 50 years to find the perfect fromage frais that not only tastes great but increases parents’ confidence in the category too.
Elisa Costa, Senior Brand Manager for Petits Filous, said: “We’ve been working hard to reduce the sugar level in our products and we’re proud to be able to launch Petit Filous’ first No Added Sugar range. With this launch, parents can be confident that their children are getting the right amount of Calcium and Vitamin D to help them grow, with less sugar.
“In our consumer taste test, kids loved the taste of the new No Added Sugar variant. They particularly loved the fruity flavours and texture of the yogurt.”
Petits Filous is working to remind families of the fantastic health benefits of kids’ yogurt and is supporting this message through its partnership with Public Health England and Change4Life.
