The 16th SCALA Annual Supply Chain Debate is coming up 27th June, with a roster of five speakers confirmed from supply chain and logistics leadership roles at some of the UK’s biggest brands.
Chris Marrow, Director of Logistics at Sainsburys will be joined by Jim Gallagher, Supply Chain Director at BOSCH Home Appliances; Peter Broome, Supply Chain Director for UK and Ireland at Ferroro; Simon Hobbs, Director of Aerospace, Hi-Tech and Pharma at Kuehne + Nagel Ltd, and Rebecca Attoe-Butt, who heads up Supply Chain for the UK and Ireland at Dyson.
Collectively the five speakers have decades of experience in logistics and supply chain management, and the debatepromises to be a lively and informative session exploring the latest supply chain issues, including some of those identified in SCALA’s recent Third Party Logistics Report. Based on a major UK survey to ascertain companies’ satisfaction rates and areas of concern regarding their third-party logistics providers, the report sets out recommendations for building better business relationships for the future across the supply chain industry.
The event is the 16th in SCALA’s series of annual debates, recognised as one of the major events in the supply chain calendar. It will take place in the stunning grounds of the historic Coombe Abbey in Warwickshire, and includes drinks, canapes and networking, followed by presentations from the speakers, opportunities to ask questions of the panel, and a buffet supper with further networking.
