As we all adapt to the new reality forced upon us by the Coronovirus, retailers and wholesalers are facing unprecedented challenges with stock and demand.
Brioche Pasquier is attempting to support customers through this very difficult period by stepping up production. The bakery in Milton Keynes is now baking at full capacity in order to give retailers, wholesalers and consumers confidence of supply.
With bread and bakery products much in demand from anxious consumers, retailers are struggling to keep shelves stocked as customers shop for store cupboard essentials for the home. Long-lasting ambient products offer an alternative to fresh and frozen.
“Our plain Brioche Rolls have been much in demand as they can be used by customers for any bread occasion, and stay fresh for 21-days,” explains Charlotte Hulbert Retail Sales Manager. “Customers have also been buying PITCH chocolate brioche snacks which are individually wrapped, so are easy to share out over several days. We are working hard to increase supplies of these products.”
