British sweet manufacturer Swizzels has launched a brand-new hanging bag product, Great British Puds.
The new sweet product was invented and developed with the help of an avid fan who won the opportunity to bring her creation to life with Swizzels’ 90th anniversary Sweetest Invention competition.
Great British Puds includes four varieties of individually wrapped chew bars in classic British dessert flavours: Sticky Toffee Pudding, Lemon Meringue, Rhubarb Crumble and Apple Pie & Custard, now available for the wholesale and cash & carry channel in £1 PMPs.
Although classic and traditional in flavour, they are modern in format – sharing occasions and share bags remain incredibly popular, particularly if they are value for money, so £1 PMPs remain attractive to retailers and shoppers alike. 82% of shoppers seek out PMPs*.
Great British Puds feature a brightly-coloured, British design which is sure to stand out on shelves and appeal to all ages.
The product is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans, indicated with a clear flash on the front of the pack.
