Tapping the trend for bold flavours, the Chicken Katsu sandwich provides a delicious new offering for fans of URBAN eat’s best-selling chicken sandwiches while vegetarians can enjoy the brand-new Goat’s Cheese & Tomato Sandwich, on tomato and olive bread. The new sandwiches cater for the rising number of consumers wanting to try global flavours, and are set to succeed with a fifth of shoppers saying increasing the seasonal specials would encourage them to buy more food and drink to go.
