Vimto has celebrated its 110th birthday with sales growth of +12.5%, double the overall rate of the soft drinks category. Vimto sales are the highest ever in its 110-year history, with the brand now worth £85.8m, up £10million this year. The company attributes a lot of its success to the recent ‘I See Vimto in You’ campaign, which has seen record-breaking results. Campaign engagement levels were more than double the industry standard, with brand advocacy also growing by +9%. Vimto is growing in all segments, including squash, carbonates and RTD juices.
