JTI, together with Valley are disrupting the tobacco free category with market leading display solutions, bringing premium retail shopping experiences into wholesale environments. Nearly half (44.5%) of nicotine pouch sales are driven through the convenience and independent channels, so having a strong brand presence in store is vital to achieving success for the brand.
Nordic Spirit’s in-aisle illuminated display, appears across the UK in over 100 stores including Bestway and Dhamecha, delivering a unique approach to the market. Taking a prime retail solution into a wholesale environment delivering a highly effective ‘best in class’ display for the brand, disrupting the shopper journey.
Valley engineered a solution for JTI which increased the number of product SKU’s by a third, without expanding the brands in-store footprint. By following the direction of the brand device at the heart of the display, we were able to offset product locators to maximise space and offer the retailer increased stockholding. Individual product pushers were created to show exactly where each flavour should be stocked on the unit, a system designed to be fully interchangeable to support any future introduction of new flavours or range extensions.
95% of the materials used in the unit are none virgin and fully recyclable, whilst UK manufacture reduces carbon footprint, costs and timescales, a key criteria to ensure sustainability objectives are delivered.
Valley support from all aspects of design through to manufacture and in-market support. Our experienced creative team use their detailed understanding of the tobacco industry sector, along with in-depth knowledge of retailer requirements, to deliver an impactful and scalable solution.
Holly Haggas, Global Account Manager, Valley commented ‘The response to our Nordic Spirit display has been really positive. Working with brands such as JTI, to bring new innovative ideas into store environments that challenge the norm, is something we are really passionate about.’
