These partnerships bring a range of premium, responsibly sourced products to its portfolio, including charcuterie, smoked salmon, smoked meats, clotted cream, and regeneratively farmed flour, perfect for high-end menus and discerning customers.

As part of its ongoing commitment to sustainability and culinary excellence, Woods has introduced:

Artisan Charcuterie

A selection of expertly crafted charcuterie items, now featuring locally sourced British options alongside Spanish and Italian varieties from:

  • Levoni – 100%-Italian certified, premium quality deli meats made with, spices, fine herbs, and natural flavourings which are ground and processed at the right time in order to lose neither aromas nor taste properties.
  • Beher – Award-winning Spanish producer of Iberico ham, priding themselves on the care of their 100% pure-bred Iberico pigs to create meats rich in vitamins and minerals: particularly the antioxidant vitamin E.
  • The Real Cure – Locally sourced from Dorset, this award-winning charcuterie uses traditional processes including curing, fermenting, smoking and air drying to create Great Taste Award winning salami, chorizo and air-dried hams.

Roddas Cornish Clotted Cream

A premium cream brand which was stablished in 1890. Roddas began when Eliza Jane Rodda crafted Cornish Clotted Cream in her farmhouse kitchen in the heart of Cornwall.

Severn & Wye smoked salmon and canapes

Located between two iconic rivers, the Severn and the Wye, this family-run business has perfected the art of smoking over several decades, responsibly sourcing the finest fish, carefully curing, and smoking it over oak wood for a distinctive flavour.

Farmhouse Cuisine by Marco Pierre White

Traditionally made smoked meats and fish, cooked meats, dry cured bacons, pancetta, and a large variety of quality pâté. 

Wild farmed Flour (entire range)

A premium brand committed to revolutionising the way flour is produced, focusing on sustainability, soil health, and exceptional quality. Grown using regenerative farming practices, Wildfarmed flour supports biodiversity and restores the vitality of the land to ensure a natural, nutrient-rich product.
