On 13th July 60 triumphant riders arrived in Cardiff having completed a three-day, 348km ride from North to South Wales. The cycle has raised a superb £60k so far for GroceryAid which will allow the charity to provide 70 crisis grants for working colleagues in the months to come.

Taking part in the cycle were key members of industry including Jason Tarry (Chief Executive Officer, UK & ROI, Tesco) and Gary Black (Sales Director- Wholesale & Convenience, Coca-Cola European Partners) with the cycle made up of a large wholesale and convenience contingent that also featured Dawood Pervez, Managing Director, Bestway and Jonny McQuarrie, Managing Director, OneStop. Andrew Thompson, Commercial Director, Booker added that it was a “Fantastic Coast to Coast event” and “as always, quite brilliantly organised.”
