Phil Bones appointed as Commercial Director UK
Bahlsen, the family-owned biscuit company, is continuing with a strategic realignment of the business by filling important management positions across key markets.
Bahlsen is transitioning to a global strategy, devised to increase efficiency and efficacy with new centralised processes. This international group operating model comes into place following the brand’s relaunch earlier this year and will enable stronger, thoughtful family ownership as well as strengthening its global brands.
Within the UK, Phil Bones has been appointed as Commercial Director, from Head of Sales, and will be taking over from previous UK Managing Director, Jonathan Duffin, now Chief Commercial Officer Growth Markets. Coming into place with immediate effect, Phil Bones’ position as Commercial Director UK will see him take on the UK leadership role and continue to support growth in the UK.
