Bidfood has announced the acquisition of Elite Fine Foods, the latest business to join Bidfood’s network of independent businesses trading alongside other companies in the delivered foodservice sector including Caterfood, South Lincs Foodservice and Cimandis in the Channel Islands. This reflects Bidfood’s strategy of retaining each business’s independent culture, identity and approach.
Elite Fine Foods delivers to more than 2,500 catering establishments across the UK from seven strategically-located, multi-temperature sites.
Elite Fine Foods’ current management team and employees of will continue to run the business, with no change to their service offering.
