Nisa is encouraging its independent retail partners to ‘be loud about value’ as they focus on retaining extra footfall gained during the height of the coronavirus crisis.
With many independent retailers reporting increased customer numbers and basket spend over recent months, Nisa is offering support to help keep those shoppers with a raft of great deals that present consumers with another reason to continue shopping at their local store, as lockdown measures are gradually relaxed.
Better Than Half Price, the popular £5 frozen bundle deal and the recent £5 Beer and Pizzas offer are just some of the promotional events made available to help partners keep hold of recently acquired shoppers.
Head of marketing at Nisa Philippe Rondepierre said: “Over recent months, smaller local shops have done an outstanding job of serving their local communities and many shoppers have felt safer shopping with them than visiting larger supermarkets.
“As we start to return to more normal ways of life it is important that Nisa’s independent retailers make it really clear to both existing and newer customers that they offer great value as well as convenience in a safe shopping environment.”
A selection of in store point of sale material that highlights the best deals has been supplied to partners and retailers are being supported with merchandising guides to ensure they maximise the opportunities available.
“Convenience stores have been critical to local communities throughout the pandemic. We want to help Nisa partners remind shoppers that they continue to serve them brilliantly and offer great value to boot.”
