Elizabeth Shaw unveils debut TV ad to re-energise the brand and launch new biscuit range

Leading chocolatier Elizabeth Shaw has launched its debut television advert as part of a major brand refresh. To get taste buds tingling, the vibrant visuals play on the company’s genius flavour and texture pairings to bring its newly launched biscuit range into the spotlight.

From daring dark chocolate to crisp hazelnut, refreshing mint to exotic coconut, the mouth-watering ad uncovers all the delectable ingredients that make the biscuits truly irresistible. Targeting the senses of chocolate-lovers, the 30 second clip repositions Elizabeth Shaw as a modern classic.

Set to air on ITV1 on September 1st for four weeks, the advert is reflective of Elizabeth Shaw’s female dominated audience in that it’s both sophisticated and stylish yet playful. The fast-moving frames are laid on top of an up-tempo tune and the clip also cleverly incorporates a colourful Union Jack in reference to the company’s status as an English heritage brand.

The advert will be shown in the Meridian and East Anglia regions throughout September and it’s estimated to reach an audience of 11 million viewers. Supported by a national Facebook and Instagram campaign, the ad will also succeed the launch of Elizabeth Shaw’s brand new website showcasing its bold and sleek revamp to mark its renaissance.
