Petits Fours for foodservice

The new Petits Fours ‘Délicatesse’ foodservice range from French pâtisserie experts Brioche Pasquier includes eight varieties of petit fours. The different flavour combinations feature contrasting textures, shapes and colours. Fantastic displayed on sharing platters at the table, or waiterdelivered at a standing event, they make a great addition to afternoon tea, or can be served as a café gourmande. Like all Brioche Pasquier pâtisserie, the petit fours are made with non-caged eggs, butter and natural colourants and flavourings. They are vegetarian and free from artificial colours and flavours, palm oil and preservatives.
