Wham heading for record sales

RANGE-PHOTO-1THORNYCROFT is building on the spectacular success of its iconic Wham chew bar by launching an extensive and exciting range of tongue-tingling children’s confectionery products.

No fewer than eight new products have been launched under the Wham umbrella with the promise of more to come!

First launched in the 1980s, the much-loved Wham chew bar is firmly established as a Top 10 children’s confectionery count-line in the UK and perfectly meets the continuing consumer demand for such products. As part of the initiative, Wham chew bars have been re-launched in a bigger bar, incorporating new colour crystals with a 20p retail price point.

The new line-up features explosive new products such as Wham TNT Popping Candy, Wham Nitro Sour Spray and Wham Xtrm Sherbet Dip. Other exciting launches are Wham Kerpop lollipops and Wham liquorice products such as Fizz Sticks, Tinglers, Loopy Laces and Power Pencils.

The Wham bars, Kerpops and Wham Liquorice lines are all free of artificial colours and flavours.”

The range is spearheaded by the famous Wham chew bars, which feature colourful, tongue-tingling crystals and come in seven great-tasting flavours: Original, Brew, Cola, Strawberry, Sour Apple, Sour Cherry and Extreme Blackcurrant.

The star-studded Wham line-up now also features:

Wham TNT Popping Candy: This dynamic new 10p product comes in Strawberry, Apple, Raspberry and Blackcurrant flavours and there are 60 packs to each colourful display box.

Wham Xtrm Sherbet Dip: This super-sour sherbet with Blackcurrant-flavour lollipop retails at 25p with 36 packs per display outer.

Wham Nitro: Kids will love this eye-popping dual-flavour Sour Strawberry and Blackcurrant spray, which retails at 89p.

Wham Kerpop: These 10p lollipops come in four great-tasting fruit flavours – Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Strawberry and Apple – and are presented in a 100-count drum which allows the lollipops to be stuck into the lid to create a colourful rocket display which is perfect for encouraging impulse purchase at the counter.

Wham Fizz Sticks: These sizzling Liquorice sticks come in Sour Strawberry and Sour Blackcurrant flavours retailing at 35p and the Sour Strawberry flavour is also available in a larger 75g pack.

Wham Tinglers: These fizzy Liquorice belts come in Sour Raspberry and sour multi-colour and multi-flavour varieties in 75g packs.

The new range is completed by two fruity liquorice products – Wham Loopy Laces and Wham Power Pencils. Both lines have been launched in Juicy Strawberry flavour in 75g packs.
