No Christmas gathering would be complete without a delicious jamon!

Extrem is located in Cáceres (Extremadura), a little paradise in the heart of Spain where the Ibérico pigs roam freely, they are 100% acorn-fed and where tradition is interwoven with sustainability.

The acorn-fed, exquisite paletas, loins, salchichón, chorizo and hand-sliced Iberian hams deliver a unique flavour and quality, which is difficult to find anywhere else.
