Rose Marketing, who have been trading with Dhamecha since 2011, currently has an extensive portfolio of over 40 products available in each of Dhamecha’s  twelve depots. Rose’s collection of sweet treats has been carefully selected to offer innovation, choice and affordability and this approach has really paid off, especially in the current turbulent economic climate. Pre-priced confectionery has surged in popularity offering shoppers affordable treat options whilst enabling them to stay within budget when they reach the till. Novelty confectionery has also seen significant growth, in particular items that offer a secondary usage like a toy, as they are perceived as better value for money for cost-conscious consumers.

Steven Watt, CEO of Rose Holdings said “We have worked with the Dhamecha trading team to bring together a collection of innovative, affordable and unique confectionery products.  The range has been carefully chosen to offer products and pack formats that really resonate with consumers. We want to provide retailers with a range that they can be confident in, that has great consumer appeal and that importantly guarantees sell-through. Items like price-marked items, which account for over half of the snacking segment, and novelty confectionery have both been stand-out in driving pre-planned and impulse sales for independent retailers. In the coming months we have strategic plans to further increase our range within Dhamecha that will offer guaranteed return for the retailer and choice, appeal and innovation for the shopper.”
