20 years on, the family run company has moved out of its previous warehouse space to a 30,000 sq ft which is 3 times bigger in size. The Soft Drink Company joined forces with the buying group Sugro UK, to provide 2,000 product lines to its customers through traditional marketing communications and online ordering.

As Covid-19 took hold of country, The Soft Drink Company sped up their company’s digital transformation journey. The wholesaler adopted the b2b.store’s omni-channel eCommerce platform with powerful advertising and engagement, giving their customers the convenience to place orders at any time of the day without restriction. With over 600 promotions live at any one given point online, the wholesaler offers an online cash & carry service which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With digital strategy in place, the Soft Drink Company recently introduced free of charge delivery service throughout the whole of Great Britain on orders over £1,000. They also offer free next day delivery to their customers using their own fleet of vehicles, to areas situated between Leeds & Leicester.
