Research from Mind shows that one in four people will experience a mental health problem in any given year and that by 2020 depression will be the second most common cause of ill health worldwide.

GroceryAid is working to address this through the launch of a new programme providing insight, advice and actions for those with mental health problems. Working with SilverCloud this programme offers a personal, flexible and accessible online space to help with anxiety, stress, depression, eating disorders and chronic illness.

It provides an anonymous, safe and secure space for users to learn and develop, and empowers them to manage their own mental and behavioural health. The service is based on cognitive behavioural therapy.

Grocery people who meet the eligibility criteria will be able to access this programme free of charge.
